18280Two copies of the same photo of sectioned eye labeled "Absolute glaucoma enucleated after cyclodialysis. The epithelium of the conjunctiva implanted into the anterior chamber shows a marked proliferation and considerable redundancy. This proliferation extends to surround new blood vessels forming below the surface. The retina is detached, shows general vacuolization and localized gliosis. There is considerable organized hemorrhage in the choroid."

The optic disc and nerve have been invaded by the tumor. There is a large tumor nodule on the bulb internal to the optic nerve."
18296Photo of sectioned eye labeled "Melanotic spindle cell sarcoma of the choroid. Filtration angle free. No invasion of optic nerve or evidence of extraocular extension. The tumor is disc shaped, entirely within the choroid, and measures 12 mm in diameter and 8 1/2 mm in thickness. It reaches to within 3 mm of the optic nerve."
